Onero Strong Bones

Strong Bones is a beginner-friendly, supervised exercise class designed for people with low bone density, osteopenia, or osteoporosis, as well as those with chronic health concerns or previous injuries. Based on the evidence-based Onero™ program, the class focuses on building strength, improving balance, and supporting bone health through safe, effective strength training, correct lifting techniques, functional movements, and fall prevention exercises.

Ongoing data collection from Bone Clinic sites undertaking the Onero program has shown encouraging results, with 86% of patients increasing bone mass at the lumbar spine and 69% increasing bone mass at the hip, along with improvements in posture and reduced falls.
