Our gym is available for clients who want to complete their exercise program outside of group class times in a safe and private environment, with experts on hand. This is a great option for people who want extra flexibility with their training while still following a program designed specifically for their body, goals, and health needs. All gym users begin with an initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist to make sure they are safe to exercise independently and to receive a personalised gym program. Your program can then be followed each visit using a paper copy or through our free app. With casual visits, discounted passes, and 3-month memberships available, Open Gym gives you the flexibility to exercise in a way that suits you.
Open Gym is for you if:

Gym Facilities
Our gym is designed to cater for people of all fitness levels and abilities, with a wide range of equipment to support safe and effective exercise.
Cardio
Access a range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, seated arm cycles, seated x trainer, and Concept2 rower.
Pin-loaded and cable machines
Use an extensive range of resistance machines and cable equipment to support safe, full body strength training.
Free weights
Our free weights area includes dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, benches, balls and much more.
Before you start
All gym users are required to complete an initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists before accessing the gym. This allows us to ensure you are safe to exercise, understand your goals and any health considerations, and create an individualised gym program for you. Your program will then be available for you to follow at each session, either on paper or through our free app.
