Our personal training sessions are designed for people who want to improve their fitness, build strength, tone up, and feel better in their body with the support of an expert by their side. Whether you are getting back into exercise, wanting more structure and accountability, or looking for help to work towards weight loss and better overall health, our team can help you train in a way that is effective, personalised, and sustainable.
At Optimum, your sessions are delivered by university-trained Exercise Physiologists. This means your training is guided by professionals with a deeper understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and responds to exercise. While personal trainers can be a great support in the fitness space, working with an Exercise Physiologist offers an added level of knowledge and individualisation, helping to ensure your program is not only goal-focused, but also appropriate for your body, your history, and your long-term health.
We offer both 1:1 personal training sessions and buddy sessions (1:2), giving you the option to train one-on-one or alongside a partner or friend. Buddy sessions can be a great way to stay motivated, enjoy the social side of exercise, and work towards your goals with support and a lower price point.
