Exercise Physiology Group
EP Group is a supervised exercise class where you follow your own individually tailored program in a supportive group setting. After an initial assessment, one of our Exercise Physiologists will design a program specific to your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns or limitations.
Each 60-minute session allows you to exercise at your own pace, while receiving expert supervision to ensure you are moving safely and working effectively towards your goals. It is a great option for people wanting personalised support in a safe, welcoming environment, without the cost of personal training.
This Class is for you if…
- You have a chronic health condition, injury history, or other health concerns and want to exercise appropriately
- You are unsure where to start and would benefit from a structured plan designed by an Exercise Physiologist

Important things to know about our EP Group
- An initial assessment is required prior to attending class
- Classes are designed, and fully supervised by our exercise physiologists
- Class passes are available (discounts apply)
- You can claim through your health fund using code 502
- Bookings are essential!
